It looks like they reduced my ET by 0.15 second which is pretty major (equivalent to taking 150 pounds off the car). Offset hangers and shackles - Summit racing sells these. They are simple bolt in replacement for the stock hangers and shackles. What they do is move the springs about three quarters of an inch inbounds so you can stick in a fatter tire.
