I’ve got the 3-step all wired up and took a video of myself adjusting the launch RPM. It started out being at 1000 RPM and I adjusted it upwards to 2500 RPM. It works very nicely! When I let go of the line lock button, the motor response is very quick and crisp. I installed a three-position switch right next to the tachometer that will let me select one of the three limits to use when the line lock button is down. I set it up so that when the switch is in the UP position, the high limit of 5000 is selected (for burnouts). When it is flipped to the DOWN position, the low limit of 2500 is selected (for launches). When the switch is in the middle, it means no RPM limiter.
