The Garage Is Now Clean

June 21st, 2008 · No Comments

I spent most of the morning cleaning up the garage.  It was pretty easy to get rid of all the rust and greast off the floor – just water and ammonia.  I used a floor mate gadget to help with the process, as well as putting my back into it and scrubbing the diritier parts of the floor by hand.  Now the garage floor sparkles!  The Duster will be glad to come back to such a nice and clean garage.

:-)

Here is a picture of the cleaniness.  Curiousity also got the better of me – I have been wondering if my F-150 would fit in the garage.  So I backed it up slowly and carefully into the garage, and had my wife help me out here too.  What do you know, it fits!  Only about 6 inches of room to spare on each side… so there’s no way to walk from one side of the garage to the other without opening the garage door.
